Claiming Service in the German National Bibliography

Since July 2019, it is possible for all ORCID users to claim their publications listed in the German National Bibliography from their ORCID records. This means ORCID users have access to the metadata of all German-language publications published in Germany. Thus, they can expand their publication list with a few clicks and add their GND ID under "Other IDs". The chart shows the number of claimants (ORCID users after adjustment, i.e. only the first claiming process of an ORCID user), the number of claimed GND IDs (before adjustment, i.e. at the time of claiming) and the number of claimed title records of the German National Bibliography (after adjustment, i.e. without multiple claiming processes of the same titles).
